Michael Fiorina
Chief Executive Officer, Receiver
Michael is CEO and co-founder of TCRE. With the help of all our Team, Michael helped create and grow a small management business into expert property managers. Our Team is composed of loyal, long-term, folks with deep property operating experience. Michael brings about 30 years of in depth transactional and operational real estate experience in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our real estate business.
In addition to managing corporate operations, Michael serves as both Receiver and Referee, and our Managing Broker. Our transaction figures are high and worth noting, but only salient if it includes your deals.
Like any CEO, Michael is, and should be, responsible for everything. But none of it gets done and done well, without a great support system of reliable, honest and hard working Team members. We’ve managed for some of the world’s largest corporations (The Walt Disney Company, GE Capital, Colony Advisors, TIAA, Wells Fargo Bank, and more), and for huge government agencies (Los Angeles World Airports, Los Angeles Dept. of Water & Power, and more). And we manage for some of the smallest investors in the U.S.
Michael also serves as Receiver, Referee and Broker. He received his B.A. from Penn State, his J.D. from Southwestern University School of Law, and is a member of the California Bar, the U.S. District Court and the D. C. Court of Appeals. For 25 years Michal has taught real estate courses for UCLA Extension and sometimes he serves as an expert witness in trials involving reap property owner liability cases.
Santiago Sciupac, CPM®
Chief Operating Officer
Santiago is COO and co-founder of TCRE. With the help of all our Team, Santiago helped create and grow a small management business into expert property managers. He has served TCRE for over 20 years.
Santiago brings to bear about 23 years of deep operational experience in overseeing the day-to-day operations of all of our Clients’ managed assets.
Like any COO, Santiago is, and should be, responsible for everything that occurs on each of our managed assets. Santiago manages all property operations, leasing, tenant & vendor supervision, lease negotiations, enforcement of receivership court orders, staff development and training, of all multi-family, retail, office and industrial properties.
Commencing his real estate career while still a college teen, Santiago earned his real estate license and acquired deep experience in property and facilities management. He is multi-lingual and experienced in international real estate, is a Certified Property Manager and soon will hold a CCIM.
